Zhuhai's The New Yuanming Palace

Zhuhai is a good alternative to Beijing when it comes to visiting Chinese royal gardens, which are usually located in Northern China. The famous New Yuanming Palace in Zhuhai may tell you why. New Yuanming Palace is a replica of Yuanming Yuan in Beijing. It copies some 18 architectures from Yuanming Yuan in a ratio of 1:1, allowing visitors to have a glimpse of the royal gardens in the Qing dynasty. It also adds different elements to the palace by combining Chinese and Western cultures, history, culinary culture and even business ideas. This gives birth to the New Yuanming Palace, which consists of royal gardens and palaces in the Ming and Qing dynasty, classic gardens in Lingnan style and even artistic garden with a western touch.

There are up to 30 shows available in the palace, such as the molten iron firework show, light shows, dramas and dance shows all available at night. The New Yuanming Palace offers you all-round experience day and night. Be noted that some shows require an extra fee.
