Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (The Council) is entrusted to distribute more than 50,000 free inbound or outbound roundtrip ticket quotas to licensed travel agents in Hong Kong. Cathay Pacific Airways (CX), Hong Kong Airlines (HX) and Hong Kong Express Airways (UO) are the participating carriers of the campaign.
