Leiqiong Haikou National Volcanoes Geopark

This is located in the Shishan Town and Yongxing Town of Southwest Haikou, about 15 km away from downtown. It is a new type of tourism destination, which combines magical volcano tourism, ecological and cultural experiences, popular science and scientific expeditions, as well as leisure and vacation. The Park has more than 40 Quaternary volcanoes, including diverse types, a rich lava landscape, and strange lava tunnels. All of these landscapes are very rare to see. Volcanoes of ten thousand years ago integrate with millennium volcanic stone culture and the tropical ecological vegetation community, constituting a geopark based on the volcanic ecology and culture in tropical cities, and it has become a unique brand for the Hainan international tourism island.

• Address：Shishan Town, Xiuying District, Haikou City

• Transportation：Take bus tour line No. 1 to the Volcanoes Geopark station.
